Understanding Your Results

Signal Badges

BUY SIGNAL (Green) The stock shows bullish momentum with a favorable risk/reward setup. Consider entering a long position.

SELL SIGNAL (Red) The stock shows bearish momentum or is approaching resistance. Consider shorting or avoiding the stock.

Confidence Indicators

Based on the stock’s historical performance in our system, you may see:

  • 🟢 HIGH CONFIDENCE – 70%+ win rate with 5+ completed trades
  • 🟡 MEDIUM CONFIDENCE – 60%+ win rate with 3-5 completed trades
  • 🔴 LOW CONFIDENCE – Below 60% win rate or mixed results
  • No badge – Insufficient historical data (new signal)

These confidence levels are calculated from real track record data, not predictions.

The Analysis Text

Each recommendation includes:

  • Current stock price and trend direction
  • Specific entry, stop loss, and profit target levels
  • Risk/reward ratio
  • Key technical factors driving the signal

How The System Generates Trade Recommendations

Before every major move in the market there is something called a market structure shift where you can see the control move from sellers to buyers and vice versa. There is also range and volume expansion that confirms this.

Fact: There can be no change in trend or increase in the pace of movement in any stock unless these three things (at minimum) are present. There is 15 years of data, 4730 trades & a 73% win rate that proves this.

These summaries represent actionable trade insights — whether to buy, sell, hold, or avoid — based on the factors listed above plus recent news sentiment and market conditions.

This produces a concise, human-readable summary that cuts through the noise and helps you make fast, confident decisions.

The system is designed for both short-term traders and long-term investors.

How Stop Loss and Profit Targets Are Determined

Each trade setup in our system also includes dynamic Stop Loss and Profit Target zones — critical for risk management and maximizing potential returns.

These levels are calculated using a mix of volatility indicators (such as ATR – Average True Range), recent support and resistance levels, and percentage-based thresholds depending on the stock’s historical movement.

For example, the Stop Loss is often set just below a key support level or 1x ATR beneath the entry price, helping protect capital if the trade moves against you.

The Profit Target, on the other hand, is projected using prior swing highs, or a 2:1 to 3:1 reward-to-risk ratio — ideal for maximizing profits without overexposure.

These levels are not static. They update dynamically based on live price action and recalibrate as the market evolves — so you’re always equipped with current, realistic targets. Whether you’re trading AAPL, PLTR, SPY, or QQQ, the system adapts to the nature of each stock.

Using the Trade Button

When you see a signal you want to act on, click the green “Trade” button to access direct links to major brokerages:

  • Robinhood
  • E*TRADE
  • Fidelity
  • Charles Schwab
  • Webull
  • Interactive Brokers

Each link takes you directly to that stock’s page on the brokerage platform, ready to execute your trade.

Options Strategy Recommendations

Available for Swing Trades only

Click the “Options” button to see an options trading strategy based on the stock signal:

For BUY Signals:

  • Recommendation: Buy At-The-Money (ATM) Call @ Market
  • Expiration: Approximately 30 days out
  • Exit Strategy: Use the same profit target and stop loss as the underlying stock

For SELL Signals:

  • Recommendation: Buy At-The-Money (ATM) Put @ Market
  • Expiration: Approximately 30 days out
  • Exit Strategy: Use the same profit target and stop loss as the underlying stock

Why options? Options provide defined risk (premium paid) while allowing you to participate in directional moves with less capital than buying/shorting the stock outright.

Important: Options trading involves substantial risk. Maximum loss is limited to the premium paid per contract.

Best Practices

Risk Management

  1. Always use the provided stop loss – Protect your capital on every trade
  2. Position sizing – Never risk more than 1-2% of your account on a single trade
  3. Honor your stops – Exit when the stop loss is hit, even if you think the stock will recover

Trade Execution

  1. Review the full analysis – Don’t just look at the signal; understand the reasoning
  2. Check the confidence indicator – Higher confidence signals have better historical performance
  3. Consider market conditions – Even the best signals can fail in extreme market volatility

For New Users

  1. Start with paper trading – Test the system with virtual money before risking real capital
  2. Focus on high-confidence signals – Build experience with the strongest setups first
  3. Review the track record – See how each stock has performed historically in the system

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How often are signals updated? A: Signals are updated daily based on the latest market data and technical analysis.

Q: Can I use this for day trading and swing trading? A: Yes! Select your preferred trade type at the top. Day trading recommendations are optimized for intraday moves, while swing trading targets multi-day positions.

Q: Why don’t all stocks show a confidence indicator? A: Confidence badges only appear when a stock has at least 3 completed trades in our track record. New signals won’t have a badge until sufficient data is available.

Q: Are these guaranteed to work? A: No trading system is perfect. While our system has a 73% historical win rate, every trade carries risk. Always use stop losses and proper position sizing.

Q: What if I don’t see an Options button? A: The Options feature is only available for Swing Trading signals, not Day Trading signals, as options are better suited for multi-day strategies.

Q: How many stocks does the system track? A: The system analyzes 2300+ stocks across all major sectors and market caps.

Risk Disclosure

Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The 73% win rate mentioned is based on simulated historical data and may not reflect actual trading results.

You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before making any trades. The maximum drawdown period (Sept 2008 – March 2009) showed a 61.13% decline, demonstrating that significant losses are possible even with a historically profitable system.

Options trading specifically involves additional risks including rapid loss of value due to time decay and volatility changes. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
